Our team takes great care in assembling and packaging your gifts the best way we can, safely and securely.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS
Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or wrong information provided by you during the order, as all our products are personalised specifically for you.
Please do check all orders prior to checking out.
If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or with the products, we will work on a replacement for you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item you’ve received is defective or damaged, do drop us a mail at poiesis.my@gmail.com immediately and we will be happy to assist.
The condition of the products will be reviewed and any returns or exchanges will be subject to our management's approval.
Please note that Poiesis does not cover the cost of any return shipping.
