SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Your gift sets will usually be shipped out within 3 – 5 days upon order confirmation.

Although all effort is taken to ensure the delivery times quoted do not change, during peak periods, holidays or severe weather occasions, some delivery time frames may change.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY METHODS?
For door-to-door delivery, we work with third party delivery platforms or transporters.
For outstation orders, we use a combination of couriers.
Each outstation gift set is packed with bubble wrap and an external carton box.
CAN I OPT FOR SELF-COLLECTION?
Yes, at our studio. You may select the 'Self Pick-Up' option upon checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not provide international postage as of now.
MUST THE RECIPIENT BE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
For a fast and efficient delivery, it’s best that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, it will be sent back to Poiesis and a notification will be sent to you.
If you’d like to redeliver, a redelivery fee will be charged depending on your recipient’s location.
PAYMENT METHODS
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment.
You can also opt for offline bank transfer payment option during checkout.
MINIMUM ORDERS AND LEAD TIME
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER AND LEAD TIME?
For all year round collections such as Full Moon and Betrothal Gift Sets - our minimum order is 20 sets and above.
For Full Moon and Betrothal Gift Sets, we would advise a minimum of 10-14 days for us to fulfil the order to be ready for delivery.
For Custom Gift Sets, we would advise a minimum of 21 days as each project is fully customised and carefully assembled to your specifications.
CAN PERSONALISATION BE DONE ON THE GIFT SETS?
( I.E COMPANY LOGOS, NAMES OR INCLUDE MY OWN ITEMS)
Yes! Personalisation can be done on the gift packaging, gift items, cards and so on.

WHAT ARE YOUR BULK DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES?
We work with third party delivery platforms or transporters to get bulk orders delivered to your door.
Delivery charges will be quoted to you based on location and quantity ordered.
GENERAL
DO YOU HAVE A WALK-IN STORE?
We do not operate a retail store. Visits and collections at our studio are strictly by appointment only.
ARE YOUR GIFT ITEMS HALAL?
When putting together our gifts and working with various vendors, we always place priority in using Muslim-friendly and alcohol-free items.
